When will my order arrive?
Orders are prepared within 1 day after payment is accepted. Estimated total delivery, including preparation, is 4–7 calendar days for Express or 7–10 calendar days for Standard.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free. Express shipping is $10.99 USD per order. Supported services are confirmed for your address at checkout; import charges may apply separately.
Which carriers do you use?
DHL, USPS, UPS or FedEx, selected according to the service and destination.
Can I return an item?
Request a return within 30 days after delivery by emailing support@audelvyn.com. Voluntary change-of-mind returns require unused items with original packaging, accessories and intact seals. Where do I send a return?
Contact support first. We email the correct return address and instructions for your item. Please do not send a parcel to an address taken from a product box or an unrelated invoice.
