Track Your Order

You can follow an AUDELVYN order using its order status link. This becomes available only after an order is placed when sales open.

Find your order

1. Open the order confirmation sent to the email or phone used at checkout.
2. Select the order status link to see the latest order information.
3. After a tracked shipment is created, use the carrier tracking link or number in the shipping confirmation. The first carrier scan may appear later.

Tracking has not updated?

Check your shipping confirmation and wait for the carrier's first scan. If the expected delivery window has passed, or the parcel shows delivered but you cannot find it, contact Customer Care with your order number and the email used at checkout. We can review the status and next steps. Never submit card details, account passwords or one-time codes through the contact form.

We do not ask customers to enter their order number into an unofficial tracking service.
