These terms govern purchases from AUDELVYN and use of its storefront. Contact support@audelvyn.com. Mandatory consumer rights prevail over any conflicting provision.

Products and independent retail status

Check the model generation, charging case, connector, color, condition, compatibility and included items stated in the listing before ordering. Manufacturer reference photographs illustrate the specified model. Some features require compatible devices, software or regional support. Apple and AirPods are trademarks of Apple Inc.; AUDELVYN is an independent retailer and does not claim Apple Authorized Reseller status.

Pricing and orders

Unless indicated otherwise, prices are in US dollars. Checkout shows the payable product price, shipping and any taxes collected by us before payment.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may contact you if stock, payment verification, an address or a material listing error prevents fulfillment. We will not impose a higher price after purchase without your agreement. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will explain the issue and refund any payment for the canceled items. None of this permits arbitrary cancellation or removes an accepted order's mandatory protections.

Payments and customer details

Use a payment method you are authorized to use and supply accurate contact and delivery details. Payments are processed through the checkout's payment provider. AUDELVYN will not ask you to send complete card details, passwords or one-time codes to support.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

We prepare orders within 1 day of accepted payment. Estimated total delivery is 4–7 days for Express ($10.99) or 7–10 days for Standard (free), including preparation. See Shipping & Delivery for destination availability, import charges, tracking and delays. Request cancellations promptly by emailing support; if shipment can no longer be stopped, the return process applies.

Our voluntary return window is 30 days after delivery, subject to the condition and inspection rules in Returns & Refunds. Statutory withdrawal, defective-goods and warranty rights are preserved. Coverage beyond statutory rights applies only where the specific item or warranty states it; no unverified manufacturer certification or extended warranty is implied.

Website use

Use the store lawfully. Do not interfere with checkout or security, submit false orders, misuse another person's identity or publish content you are not entitled to share. AUDELVYN's original site content and design are protected by applicable intellectual property laws; third-party trademarks remain their owners' property. We may correct website errors but will honor accepted transactions and applicable consumer remedies.

Privacy and responsibility

The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable protections relating to defective products, fraud or personal injury. Contact support first if you have a problem so we can review it; this does not require you to waive rights or legal remedies.

Changes

We may update these terms for future transactions by posting a revised date. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights arising from an earlier order.
